The primary role of the Board of Directors is to provide clear leadership to the Lampton Group so as to ensure its success in achieving its objectives’ while, at the same time, considering the interests of, and accounting to, the Group’s ultimate shareholder (London Borough of Hounslow) and other relevant stakeholders. The board recognises the importance of the Group achieving high standards of corporate governance within its operations and itself operates under a framework of effective controls.
