We understand everyone’s health journey is unique and personal to them, so we’re proud to offer a suite of fitness and wellbeing facilities for local people with all levels of experience. Our individual, accessible centres are located across West London and our team of experts are on hand to support our members at every step.
Lampton Services provides a range of services, commissioned by the London Borough of Hounslow, for residents in the borough. From collecting recycling and waste, to maintaining parks, repairing and upgrading homes to managing allotments, Lampton Services is at the heart of the Hounslow community working every day to make it a great place to live.
We also have a number of commercial teams, providing specialist services to businesses with any surplus we make through these activities being returned to the council for investment locally. Businesses engaging our services can be assured that they are contributing true social value to our community.
Lampton Homes’ purpose within the Group is to deliver the Development and Investment service which is predominantly about delivering affordable homes helping the council meet its housing needs by letting to people from Hounslow’s waiting list.
The homes we deliver are a combination of existing homes acquired by the Lampton Homes Investment business, or new build homes delivered through the Lampton Homes Development business. Through the development business we are able to deliver commercial returns back to the council to enable it to deliver more services back to its communities.
Our Structure
Lampton Group is a wholly owned subsidiary of the London Borough of Hounslow formed of three distinct brands. Lampton Homes provides a range of high-quality, affordable and social rent homes; Lampton Services delivers essential services through its Recycle, Greenspace and Residential Service arms; and Lampton Leisure manages the leisure provision across the borough.
